Managing Director - Fintech

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Managing Director to lead a fast growing fintech company specializing in consumer finance. The MD will drive strategic direction, ensure operational excellence, and lead the company through its next phase of innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy, growth, and performance of the company in line with regulatory frameworks and market trends.
• Drive business development, partnerships, and go to market strategies within the KSA consumer finance sector.
• Oversee all departments including product, operations, compliance, and technology.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Foster a high performance culture focused on innovation, customer centricity, and financial inclusion.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and regulatory environment (e.g. SAMA).
• Demonstrated ability to scale businesses and lead cross functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of execution and growth delivery.
• Must be fluent in Arabic with excellent proficiency in English.
