Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and forecast manpower requirements in collaboration with operations managers and site supervisors based on project schedules and scopes.
  • Coordinate deployment of laborers and subcontractors for works activities.
  • Develop and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate manpower allocation to meet project deadlines.
  • Monitor attendance, work hours, and leave records, and coordinate with HR and payroll for timely processing.
  • Prior to deployment verify that all personnel have the necessary skills as per the works demnds.
  • Serve as the primary communication link between site labor, supervisors, project management, and HR regarding manpower-related issues.
  • Track and report on manpower utilization, productivity, and challenges to project management.
  • Assist in resolving workforce-related conflicts in coordination with HR and site supervisors.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of manpower deployment, contracts, certifications, and related records for audits and reporting purposes.
  • Facilitate coordination with subcontractors and labor suppliers to ensure timely availability of manpower.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in manpower coordination, preferably in civil construction or related industries.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry standards relevant to civil works.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and workforce management software is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
