About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer for an on-site contract in Chandler, Arizona. In this individual contributor role, you will support the transfer of manufacturing processes to a new location, ensuring they meet stringent standards for functionality, cost, reliability, and safety. This position requires strong engineering judgment, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and validate manufacturing processes being transitioned to a new site.
• Define precise product functional requirements and ensure alignment with process capabilities.
• Develop, test, and integrate manufacturing processes and fixtures.
• Evaluate process performance, including cost, safety, and reliability metrics.
• Create, execute, and document process validation plans.
• Develop and review material and part specifications as well as bills of materials (BOMs).
• Collaborate with internal teams, contract manufacturers, and design partners to optimize products for manufacturability.
• Use CAD/CAE tools to review, update, and modify engineering drawings.
• Apply established procedures and engineering concepts to deliver high-quality, dependable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAE systems.
• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in a high-precision or regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
