About the Role
We are seeking a skilled
Manufacturing Process Engineer
for an on-site contract in Chandler, Arizona. In this individual contributor role, you will support the transfer of manufacturing processes to a new location, ensuring they meet stringent standards for functionality, cost, reliability, and safety. This position requires strong engineering judgment, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities

Design and validate manufacturing processes being transitioned to a new site.

Define precise product functional requirements and ensure alignment with process capabilities.

Develop, test, and integrate manufacturing processes and fixtures.

Evaluate process performance, including cost, safety, and reliability metrics.

Create, execute, and document process validation plans.

Develop and review material and part specifications as well as bills of materials (BOMs).

Collaborate with internal teams, contract manufacturers, and design partners to optimize products for manufacturability.

Use CAD/CAE tools to review, update, and modify engineering drawings.

Apply established procedures and engineering concepts to deliver high-quality, dependable results.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum
2 years
of relevant manufacturing or process engineering experience.

Proficiency with CAD/CAE systems.

Strong analytical judgment and the ability to work independently.

Experience in a high-precision or regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
