Job Purpose 


We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager with 5+ years of experience. This role encompasses manufacturing project management, process development, product improvements, test system development, mechanical/electrical/software integration testing, and instrumentation controls. This role will be a key asset in the future growth of the company. 


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Manage manufacturing projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring milestones and quality standards are met
  • Develop, document, and continuously improve assembly processes, procedures, and in-process inspection protocols
  • Lead system integration and testing of products prior to customer installation
  • Design, develop, and oversee test systems used in production
  • Support customer site installations as needed
  • Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) with accuracy and consistency
  • Coordinate inventory logistics, production planning, and procurement activities
  • Integrate and validate instrumentation and controls across mechanical, electrical, and software systems
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering, scientific, assembly, machine shop, customer, and administrative teams
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements and drive them through to implementation


Education and Experience Required


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline is a plus 
  • 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing
  • Ability to articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, be organized, and be highly driven and self-motivated 
  • Demonstrated ability to roll up sleeves and work with team members on a collaborative basis 
  • Must be comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced, challenging work environment
  • Cryogenics experience is a significant plus

Location: This position is fully on-site at our Boulder, CO facility

Supervisory Responsibility: Yes

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or other protected status under 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a)(3) is required.

Pay Range: The annual salary range is between $100,000 and $175,000. Salary range accounts for variations in education, skills, and relevant experience.
