Marine Operations Assistant

We are seeking a young, motivated, and hands-on individual to join our team and assist in the daily operations of a private yacht, shore facilities, and sport-fishing program.
This unique role offers the opportunity to work alongside a professional yacht crew and an active family passionate about boating and fishing, ensuring smooth and safe operations both on and off the water.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist yacht crew with shore-side services and operational support.
2. Prepare, launch, and recover boats, jet skis, and small craft at the villa.
3. Assist family and children with safe water activities.
4. Participate in fishing activities from shore and on board 48-ft fishing vessels.
4. Tow boats, trailers, and equipment between Dibba and Dubai for maintenance or use.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the boat shed, stores, and fishing gear.
7. Manage inventory of fishing tackle, safety gear, and marine equipment.
8. Support Captains and crew during fishing trips across Dibba, Dubai, and occasionally Oman.
9. Occasionally assist on board the main yacht as a deckhand.
10. Scout fishing grounds ahead of owner trips and assist in preparing for target species.
