Market Expansion Strategist

Everlast Brands – Idaho Falls, ID
$20–$30 per hour, structured as a blend of base pay and performance-based incentives. The first month includes dedicated training pay to ensure you are fully equipped to succeed in the role.

Role Summary

This role is responsible for driving Everlast Brands’ growth by expanding into new markets, generating new revenue, and strengthening brand presence. Through strategic outreach, data-driven execution, and cross-functional collaboration, this position accelerates company expansion while representing the brand with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive measurable expansion through new markets and new customer acquisition
  • Generate at least 5× your wage cost in new profitable revenue each month or quarter
  • Develop and execute growth strategies with minimal direction
  • Increase brand visibility and engagement through effective outreach efforts
  • Build and maintain partnerships that create long-term business value
  • Use data, metrics, and analysis to guide smart, results-focused decisions
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure unified, well-coordinated execution
  • Operate with urgency and consistently meet deadlines and growth targets
  • Make decisions that improve efficiency, profitability, and ROI
  • Adapt quickly, learn continuously, and adjust strategies based on feedback
  • Represent company values with clarity, professionalism, and composure
  • Support store operations and deliver excellent customer service as needed
  • Participate in rotating on-call duties, including answering phones and covering the store during business hours
  • Support company values while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years in business development, marketing, sales, or growth-related role
  • Experience with outreach, customer engagement, or partnership development
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, analytics dashboards, or tracking software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in retail, franchise development, or market expansion
  • Background in data-driven sales or performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategy
  • Proven track record of revenue generation or market growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
