We’re looking for a creative, scrappy, and execution-obsessed Marketing Activation team member to help bring Kalshi’s brand to life. This role sits at the intersection of content, partnerships, and experiential marketing; you’ll dream up concepts, build attention-grabbing activations, and execute across everything from a 20-person pop-up to a citywide stunt.

Brand Activations & Creative Execution
Brainstorm, pitch, and produce high-impact marketing activations that introduce Kalshi to new audiences in surprising and delightful ways
Help bring partnerships to life through creative deliverables, on-site experiences, social content moments, and bespoke stunts
Turn ideas into reality by owning logistics, timelines, procurement, and on-site execution.
Bring a content-first mindset: capture activations in a way that fuels social, PR, and brand storytelling
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Brand, Growth, Partnerships, Product, and Exec teams to align on goals and execute flawlessly
Manage ongoing communication with stakeholders at all levels — proactively surfacing updates, risks, and needs
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, fabrication shops, creators, and vendors to bring ideas to life
Events & Vendor Management
Plan and execute events end-to-end, ensuring every detail (big and small) matches Kalshi’s quality bar
Manage venue relationships, negotiate with vendors, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Push for operational excellence across all marketing activations
Creative Inspiration & Trend Spotting
Track cultural, social, and creator trends to generate novel ideas that make Kalshi impossible to ignore
Champion experimentation: identify opportunities for us to show up where no financial platform has before
2–6+ years in brand activations, experiential marketing, creative production, or adjacent fields (agency or in-house)
A portfolio or examples of IRL experiences, activations, stunts, or campaigns you helped build
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, manage vendors, and keep cross-functional partners aligned
Comfort navigating ambiguous asks, building structure, and turning creative concepts into executed reality
Strong communication skills, especially with executives, external partners, and vendors.

Base Salary Range: $110,000–$155,000
Exact compensation will depend on experience, skill level, and interview performance. This role may also include equity, performance-based bonuses, and benefits.
