Marketing administration Coordination (Bilingual Korean)

Young Scholars is an education company dedicated to supporting students through tutoring, enrichment programs, and college counseling. We are looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Assistant who is bilingual in Korean or Chinese and can work in-person only at one of our branch locations.

Position: Marketing Assistant (In-Person Only)

Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Languages Required: Korean or Chinese (Mandarin) + English
Work Setting: In-person at one of our branches (no remote option)

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating marketing materials, including flyers, posters, brochures, and social media content
• Support outreach campaigns to Korean- or Chinese-speaking communities
• Translate marketing content between English and Korean/Chinese
• Help manage social media posts, newsletters, WeChat/Instagram updates, and event promotions
• Coordinate and support community events, seminars, and workshops
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Communicate with parents and students as needed in Korean/Chinese
• Assist the team with administrative and operational tasks when required

Requirements

• Fluency in Korean or Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Ability to work in-person at our San Marino, La Cañada, or Fullerton office
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow branding guidelines
• Basic design or content creation experience (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools preferred)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Previous marketing or administrative experience is a plus but not required

Compensation

The pay rate for this position will be determined based on your educational background and relevant experience. Please note: the compensation range listed on Indeed is an estimate and may not reflect the actual pay for this role.
