About the Role

We are hiring energetic freshers in Bhubaneswar who are eager to learn, grow fast, and work hands-on in both marketing and business development. This is a field + online hybrid role designed for those who want to build a strong career in a high-growth startup environment.

ResponsibilitiesOnline – 50%

• Content creation for social media
• Cold calling potential clients
• Data collection & research
• Supporting workshops & marketing campaigns
• Basic automation and CRM updates

Offline – 50%

• Visit gyms, hospitals, colleges, and local businesses to pitch our workshops and offerings
• Schedule calls with founders and senior team
• Assist in offline events, seminars, and workshops
• Capture photos/videos/clips for content
• Build strong field relationships and drive leads

Growth Path

• 6 Months Trainee → ₹20,000
