Part-Time (2-3 days/week) Global Role Dubai-based

We're rebranding globally and moving fast. We need a MarCom Manager who ships, leads partners, and elevates Zello's voice across markets. Output over hours. Tech-forward. Zero fluff.

You will:
  • Lead and coordinate our retained marketing agency to deliver on time, on brand, and on budget.
  • Execute multi-region marketing and communications across web, content, social, PR, events, and sales enablement.
  • Own internal communications that align Team Zello through rebrand and growth.
  • Translate strategy into assets, campaigns, and measurable outcomes-end to end.
  • Leverage AI and modern martech to move faster, automate, and optimise performance.
  • Step up around critical launches and milestones-flex beyond fixed days when needed.
You bring:
  • 5+ years B2B marketing & communications across multiple countries/regions.
  • Proven agency management and hands-on execution-you finish what you start.
  • Digital-first mindset: AI tools, marketing automation, analytics, experimentation.
  • Crisp storytelling and stakeholder alignment across Service, Product, Sales, and Leadership.
  • High ownership, 'pace', and quality bar in a scale-up environment.

  • CEO is the brand ambassador; you are the execution engine and integrator.
  • Structure: 2-3 days/week, initially fully remote; hybrid as we evolve.
  • Performance > presence. We measure impact, not timesheets.
  • Global scope-expect cross-time-zone collaboration and quick iteration cycles.
