Lead the planning, coordination, and on-ground execution of the clients events including seasonal activations, National Day, Festive Village, school activations, and special celebrations.

Develop event concepts, mood boards, run sheets, and vendor briefs aligned with the Park’s marketing objectives.

Coordinate with suppliers for décor, entertainment, logistics, technical requirements, and permits.

Manage event budgets, timelines, and procurement requests.

Assist the Head of Marketing in executing integrated campaigns for all year-round marketing activities.

Coordinate delivery of marketing assets with design teams and agencies.

Support in developing content calendars and ensuring timely rollout of campaign touchpoints.

Monitor campaign performance metrics and support optimization of ongoing activities.

Support cross-departmental coordination to ensure campaign readiness at all visitor touchpoints.

Support the drafting of press releases, media alerts, and communication briefs for the PR agency.

Coordinate media visits, influencer engagements, and familiarization tours.

Maintain the PR calendar and assist with event coverage and photography for media distribution.

Manage stakeholder communications internally and externally to support campaigns and event.
