Manages talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations across both verticals. Key Responsibilities: Handle mid–senior level hiring for IT & Pharma functions. Drive performance appraisal cycles and employee reviews. Ensure compliance with labour laws, audits, and HR policies. Oversee payroll coordination, HR analytics, MIS reports. Implement HR strategies to support both business units. Resolve employee concerns and maintain a positive work culture.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance, Volunteer

Pay: ₹7,100.00 - ₹12,999.00 per month
