Job Title: Social Media Executive

Experience: 1–2 Years (Only in IT Service-Based Industry – International Market)

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive with hands-on experience in managing and growing IT service-based social media channels for international audiences. The ideal candidate must know how to attract global prospects, improve organic reach, and generate inbound leads without paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Growth (International Market)

  • Manage and grow channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others.
  • Increase followers specifically from international markets (USA, UK, Canada, Europe, UAE, Australia, etc.) relevant to IT services.
  • Develop platform-specific growth strategies targeting global tech audiences.

2. Organic Reach & Engagement

  • Boost organic reach, impressions, and engagement across all platforms.
  • Build an active community among international IT buyers, founders, and decision-makers.
  • Stay updated with global social media trends and algorithms.

3. Organic Lead Generation (IT Services)

  • Implement strategies to generate organic inbound leads for IT services from international markets.
  • Engage with global prospects through strategic content, commenting, and community participation.

4. Research, Content Planning & Content Writing

  • Create monthly content calendars aligned with IT service offerings and international trends.
  • Research global market topics, pain points, and competitors.
  • Write high-quality, tech-focused content optimized for global audiences.
  • Collaborate with design and video teams for creatives, reels, carousels, infographics, and short videos.

5. Analytics, Insights & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: global reach, follower growth, engagement rate, impressions, profile visits, and inbound leads.
  • Use tools such as LinkedIn Insights, Meta Business Suite, Instagram Analytics, and YouTube Studio.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly reports with actionable insights tailored for international audiences.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • 1–2 years mandatory experience in an IT service-based company targeting international clients.
  • Proven record of organic channel & follower growth across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of IT services (web/app development, AI, SaaS, custom software, etc.).
  • Strong content writing and research abilities (tech + international market-focused).
  • Knowledge of organic LinkedIn strategies for international lead generation.
  • Understanding of analytics, reporting, and data-driven optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Meta Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite (optional).

Good to Have

  • Experience supporting Business Development in international lead nurturing.
  • Ability to produce short-form videos & reels (optional but preferred).
  • Knowledge of international competitor analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
