We are launching a premium podcast studio in Ras Al Khaimah and are seeking an experienced, client-facing Podcast Studio Manager with strong social media management skills and excellent English. Experience in a podcast studio or media production environment is essential.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the operations of a new, high-end podcast studio. You will manage bookings, sales, client communication, basic studio setup, and the studio’s social media presence. You will work closely with creators, influencers, businesses, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all enquiries, tours, bookings, and client communication
• Convert enquiries into bookings and support studio revenue growth
• Host clients, creators, and guests on recording days
• Oversee basic studio setup (microphones, lighting, cameras – training provided if needed)
• Coordinate with videographers, editors, and freelancers
• Manage the studio’s social media channels (content, posting, engagement)
• Capture simple behind-the-scenes content for social media
• Maintain a clean, organised, professional studio environment
• Build relationships with influencers, agencies, and local businesses

Essential Requirements

• Experience working in a podcast studio, media studio, or production environment
• Strong social media management skills (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Extremely high level of spoken and written English
• Must live in Ras Al Khaimah / within 15 minutes, or be willing to relocate immediately
• Sales-oriented with the ability to convert enquiries into bookings
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Highly organised, reliable, and able to run daily operations independently
• Interest in podcasts, content creation, and the creator economy

Preferred (Not Required)

• Familiarity with podcast or studio equipment
• Experience working with editors, videographers, or creators
• Ability to take BTS photos/videos for social content
