Miami Lakes Med Spa is a growing aesthetics and wellness practice focused on high quality results, exceptional patient care, modern branding, and a positive team environment. We are seeking a motivated Marketing and Website Coordinator to lead our digital presence and support our overall marketing strategy. This role is ideal for someone with experience in social media, basic website management, and content creation who is interested in growing into a long term marketing position within a fast paced aesthetic clinic.

About the Role
This is a part time, in office position focused on website updates, content creation, social media management, and support with ongoing marketing initiatives. You will help develop and execute marketing campaigns that strengthen our online presence, attract new clients, and keep our content fresh and engaging. You will have access to premium tools, high quality equipment, and full support from leadership to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain our website using WordPress and Elementor
  • Create, film, and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Plan and schedule weekly and monthly social media posts
  • Capture high quality content in the clinic using provided photo and video equipment
  • Edit graphics and videos using Canva, CapCut, and AI tools
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal strategies
  • Manage email marketing and newsletters
  • Support local marketing efforts including print materials, events, billboards, mailers, and more
  • Maintain consistent branding across all digital and print channels
  • Track basic analytics and provide simple performance updates
  • Help manage reputation and online engagement including reviews and responses
  • Collaborate directly with leadership on long term marketing ideas and creative concepts

Schedule

  • About 20 to 30 hours per week
  • Typical shifts: 10 AM to 5 PM, three days per week
  • Occasional Saturdays to capture high value content on busy days
  • Some flexibility in choosing which days you work

Qualifications

  • Experience managing social media platforms for a business
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress or other website builders (Elementor experience preferred)
  • Ability to film and edit short form video content
  • Comfortable working in person in a fast paced aesthetic environment
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • Creative mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Reliable, organized, and motivated to grow
  • Interest in beauty, aesthetics, or marketing is a plus
