We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies across multiple channels, helping to elevate brand visibility and drive engagement. Duties

  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of multichannel marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email marketing, print advertising, and digital channels.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies and content development.
  • Support the creation of compelling content for websites, blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials using copywriting best practices.
  • Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize outreach efforts.
  • Contribute to SEO (Search Engine Optimization) initiatives by optimizing website content and keywords to improve search engine rankings.
  • Help coordinate advertising sales efforts and assist with campaign budgeting to maximize ROI on paid advertising such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other digital ads.
  • Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for basic graphic design tasks supporting marketing campaigns.
  • Support the management of marketing automation platforms and analytics tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Assist with website management using WordPress and basic HTML editing to ensure content accuracy and timely updates.
  • Collaborate with product management teams on promotional strategies for e-commerce platforms and B2B initiatives.
  • Prepare reports on campaign results, website traffic, social media engagement, and other key performance indicators to inform future strategies.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Experience with multichannel marketing strategies that integrate online and offline efforts effectively.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for designing engaging visual content.
  • Knowledge of content marketing principles with a focus on creating compelling copy that drives conversions.
  • Familiarity with advertising sales processes and managing budgets for digital campaigns such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.
  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure campaign success and optimize future initiatives.
  • Experience with website management platforms like WordPress along with basic HTML skills for content updates.
  • Strong research skills to identify market opportunities and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication skills for copywriting, collaboration with team members, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing practices aimed at building business relationships through targeted campaigns.
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms to support online sales initiatives effectively.
