Marketing Associate

Core Responsibilities:

· Publish content on the website including research reports and blog posts in WordPress, ensuring proper formatting and SEO optimization

· Manage website user administration including account setup, user permissions, and troubleshooting

· Support email marketing through Pardot including building and scheduling marketing emails and newsletters, email automation workflows, list segmentation, and A/B testing

· Write and optimize email and website copy for B2B audiences

· Monitor lead scoring and qualification, routing leads to sales and troubleshooting automated workflows

· Support webinar execution including registration pages, promotional emails, and post-event follow-up

· Generate analytics reports tracking website, email, and webinar performance

· Maintain central inboxes used for marketing emails; update contact records or create leads as needed based on out-of-office replies and direct responses.

· Provide data-driven insights and optimization recommendations

Success Measures:

· Achieve 95% on-time delivery rate for website publishing and email deployment

· Process and route qualified leads within 24 hours

· Complete Pardot certification within first 90 days

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

· 1-2 years of experience in marketing or marketing operations

· Strong foundational understanding of B2B marketing principles

· Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce ideal)

· Proficient in WordPress or similar content management systems

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Strong written communication skills for business audiences

· Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive insights

· Self-motivated and eager to learn new marketing technologies

· Basic HTML and Google Analytics experience is a plus

· Interest in financial services and technology industry trends is a plus

Location: Pune, India

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
