Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to support multi-channel marketing campaigns across our portfolio of B2B media brands and events.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and excited by the fast pace and variety of modern digital marketing.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to help build and execute high-quality, data-driven campaigns that grow our audiences, deepen engagement, and drive revenue through event registrations and subscription sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, paid ads, website), including but not limited to tasks such as performing QA, scheduling and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Develop and refine campaign content (copy, design, images) across emails, social, ads, webpages, and marketing collateral based on buyer persona and data.
  • Understand data reporting and trends with the ability to derive insights from it. 
  • Maintain and update event webpages, subscription pages, and other digital assets within WordPress.
  • Assist in developing and optimizing customer journeys, including lead nurturing, mail merges, and audience engagement workflows.
  • Support audience growth through promotions, social outreach, paid ads, and other channels.
  • Research potential partners and assist with outreach and building relationships.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing and customer journeys.
  • Ability to stay focused and on-task in a remote work environment.
  • Comfortable simultaneously managing multiple projects and product initiatives.
  • Team player with a “one-team” mentality—eager to jump in and support wherever needed.
  • Goal-oriented and energized by problem-solving, testing new ideas, and driving results.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HubSpot, MailChimp, WooCommerce, WordPress, Canva or similar tools.
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising (paid social, paid search, audience targeting).
  • Ability to interpret analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
