Marketing Associate

Company Overview:

We are a growing CPA and CFP firm committed to helping clients achieve financial success through personalized accounting and financial planning services. We are seeking a part-time Marketing & Lead Coordination Associate (approximately 15 hours per week, with potential for more) to support our marketing efforts and manage lead flow for our advisory team.

Job Summary:

This role combines marketing responsibilities with lead management and advisor coordination. You will manage social media, book seminars, and ensure efficient lead assignment and tracking. Ideal for someone outgoing, organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in marketing and CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

· Manage social media platforms and create engaging content

· Develop and distribute email campaigns and newsletters

· Update and optimize website content for SEO

· Book and coordinate seminars/webinars (venue, invitations, follow-up)

· Business to Business professional outreach

· Assist with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

· Organize and segment lead lists

· Assign leads to advisors and track outreach progress

· Hold advisors accountable through reporting

· Maintain CRM or tracking system

· Generate weekly/monthly performance reports

· Ensure compliance with financial industry marketing regulations

Qualifications:

· Marketing experience (financial services preferred)

· Confidence in business-to-business and professional outreach

· Strong organizational and project management skills

· Proficiency with CRM systems

· Event planning experience (seminars/webinars)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Comfortable engaging with prospects and clients over the phone

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Job Type:
