Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Management. Formulate and implement the company’s annual brand communication strategy and plan to ensure alignment with the overall business objectives; Maintain and manage the company’s brand image, and ensure the consistency and professionalism of all internal and external communication content (visuals, language, tone); Monitor industry trends and competitors’ brand activities, and provide insights for brand positioning and strategy adjustments.

Marketing Materials Planning and Production.Lead the planning and production of various high-quality marketing materials, including but not limited to: Presentation slides: Develop professional and polished PPTs for the company’s senior management, sales, and technical teams, which are used in client meetings, industry summits, and internal reports. Video content: Plan and supervise the production of corporate promotional videos, product introduction videos, project case videos, and social media short videos, etc. Print and digital materials: Including corporate brochures, white papers, case studies, press releases, etc. Collaborate closely with management, technical experts, and sales teams to transform complex technical information into engaging and persuasive marketing communication content.

Exhibition and Event Management. Take full responsibility for the planning, organization, and execution of domestic and international industry exhibitions (such as ADIPEC, GASTECH, CIPPE, etc.). Manage booth design, construction, material preparation, on-site activities, and coordination of exhibition staff to ensure optimal exhibition results and customer experience. Oversee integrated marketing communications before and after exhibitions to maximize brand exposure and sales lead generation from the events.

Social Media and Digital Influence Building. Formulate and implement social media (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, WeChat Official Account, etc.) operation strategies to establish and enhance the company’s digital brand influence in the industry. Create and publish engaging industry-related content, interact with a global audience, expand the follower base, and guide potential customers. Utilize social media for employer branding to attract top talents in the industry.

News Media Relations. Write and distribute press releases, handle media inquiries, and maintain good relationships with media outlets inside and outside the industry.
Qualifications

Educational Background. A bachelor’s degree or above, with a major in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.

Work Experience. Possess over 5 years of work experience in marketing communication, brand management, or related fields within international oil companies, oilfield service companies, or energy enterprises; Demonstrate excellent content creation capabilities, with the ability to independently lead the planning and production of promotional materials such as PPTs and video scripts, and provide successful case studies as proof; Have rich practical experience in exhibition management and social media operation.

Language Proficiency. Excellent English communication skills, with proficiency in English written communication (e.g., press releases, promotional materials) and oral communication (e.g., international conferences, communication with overseas teams/clients).

Core Competencies. Outstanding communication, coordination, and project management skills; Excellent creative planning capabilities and storytelling techniques; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint); familiarity with mainstream design and video editing software is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications. Work experience in marketing communication within the oil & gas, energy, or heavy industry sectors, with a good understanding of the industry’s technical terminology, market trends, and customer groups; Work background in international companies or cross-border projects; Possession of good media resources and professional networks.
