Job Overview

The Marketing & Communications Executive (junior-level role) will support the Marketing Head in executing marketing, communication, research, and event-related activities.
This role requires strong organisation, creativity, and hands-on experience in marketing content creation.

Key Responsibilities Marketing & Communication

• Assist in developing and implementing product-specific marketing communication plans.
• Create newsletters, brochures, presentations, emailers, white papers, and social media posts as per brand guidelines.
• Support internal and external communication requirements.

Research & Market Insights

• Conduct research across Highways, Logistics, Warehouse, Defence, Urban Security, and Smart Mobility sectors.
• Compile research inputs and prepare market or competitor insight reports.

Campaign & Team Coordination

• Work with Sales and Product teams for marketing inputs and content requirements.
• Track marketing activity performance and follow up on deliverables.
• Coordinate with external agencies for design, creatives, content, and digital assets.

Events & Exhibitions

• Assist in planning, organising, and executing events, exhibitions, webinars, and product showcases.
• Ensure all event-related content, branding, and materials are prepared on time.
• Travel as required for events and customer interactions.

Documentation & Task Tracking

• Maintain organised documentation of marketing projects, versions, and content.
• Track all assigned marketing tasks and ensure timely completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Commerce, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience (No Freshers).
• Strong organisational, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent English communication and copywriting abilities.
• Ability to convert requirements into structured marketing content.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Added Advantage: Basic graphic design knowledge for simple creatives.
