What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor'sDegree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism ispreferred.
• A minimum of 3years of Public Relations or Marketing Communications Experience in a LuxuryHotel or Luxury Lifestyle environment in the UAE.
• Mastery inhandling Confidential Information with the Utmost discretion, ensuring Seamlessadherence to Privacy Protocols and Top-Notch security standards.
• Robust understanding of applicableMarketing, Media, and Communications laws across the UAE and Russian Federationand the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) markets, ensuring allcampaigns are compliant, credible, and 'FIVE-Styled' in execution.
• Bringsexceptional Storytelling skills and a flair for writing Captivating content andpress materials that echo FIVE's Bold energy and brand identity.
• Possesses astrong Network and in-depth Understanding of the Russian media landscape andinfluencer community, enabling Curated partnerships and Impactful brand visibility.
• Impeccablecommunication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English andRussian, is required. (Additional languages are a Plus).
• A ProactiveNature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensures every aspect of theOperation is perfectly curated.

Key Responsibilities

• Developsand executes bold, market-specific Marketing and Communications strategies forRussia and CIS across Digital, Print, Public Relations, and Influencer channels.
• Craftscaptivating Press Releases, Newsletters, Captions, and Marketing Copy in bothEnglish and Russian, maintaining Cultural Authenticity and 'FIVE-Styled'precision in Every Word.
• Buildsand nurtures Relationships with Media Partners, Public Relations Agencies, andInfluencers across the region to Amplify brand visibility and Securehigh-impact coverage.
• Supportsthe planning and Flawless execution of Events, Media Visits, and Collaborationsthat Authentically engage Russian-speaking audiences and celebrate the Buzzing 'Vibeat FIVE.'
• Partnerswith internal teams, including Food and Beverage, Nightlife, Rooms, and BrandMarketing, to ensure Consistent storytelling and Alignment across allactivations.
• Translatesand localises Brand Campaigns, ensuring tone, personality, and positioning are Perfectlypreserved to Resonate with regional audiences.
• Monitorsand analyses Market Trends, Competitor Activity, and Media Performance acrossthe Russia and CIS region, delivering Insightful recommendations that drive Disruptivegrowth.
• Supportscontent localisation across Digital Campaigns, Customer Relationship ManagementCommunications, and Social Platforms, creating premium, engaging content thatconnects with Russian-speaking Guests.
