Marketing Coordinator

1. Sales Coordination :

* Coordinate sales activities and strategies to meet sales targets for both cosmetic dermatology and dental services.

* Develop and implement sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth.

* Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, identify trends , and prvide actionable insights.

2. Clinic Relatioship Managemnet:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

*Provide excellent customer service and address clients inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.

*Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunitites for upselling or cross-selling.

3.Marketing Support :

* Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional materials to attract new clients.

*Coordinate marketing events, workshops,and seminars to promote clinic services.

*Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.

* Hnadling social media , google accounts responding to client enquiries & complaints.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

* Maintain accurate records of sales activities , client interactions , and sales -related expenses.

*Prepare regular sales reports , forecasts, and analysis for managemnet review.

Monitor market trends , competitor activities , and industry developments to inform sales strategies.

5. Team Collaboration:

*collaborate with the reception team, department staff, and other supporting staff's to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experience.

*Co-ordinating in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews along with clinic manager as required.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
