Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator supports the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Vivid's brand, products, and services. This role coordinates marketing campaigns across multiple channels, manages social media presence, collaborates with internal teams and external vendors, and ensures all marketing initiatives comply with cannabis industry regulations. The ideal candidate is a creative, organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and in-store promotions
- Develop marketing calendars and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Track campaign performance metrics
- Manage promotional materials production from concept through distribution
- Coordinate event planning and execution for product launches, community events, and trade shows
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage and grow social media presence across all platforms while ensuring compliance with advertising restrictions
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy for digital channels.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer inquiries and comments
Brand Management & Content Creation
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries
- Coordinate photography and videography for product and promotional content
- Maintain organized digital asset management system
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including designers, printers, and marketing agencies
- Coordinate with retail locations to support local marketing efforts and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with sales team to develop materials that support business development efforts
- Work cross-functionally with operations, compliance, and product teams
Compliance & Regulatory
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with state cannabis advertising regulations
- Stay current on evolving cannabis marketing restrictions and best practices
- Coordinate with compliance team to review and approve marketing content
- Maintain documentation of marketing compliance procedures
Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics using analytics tools
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, social media growth, and marketing ROI
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
- Track marketing budget and manage expenses within allocated resources
Qualifications Required:
- 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, CPG, or regulated industries
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva
- Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars
- Demonstrated project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience in cannabis industry or regulated markets
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, and email marketing platforms
- Photography and/or videography skills
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
