Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Coordinator to execute and manage our comprehensive digital marketing program while building strong relationships within the medical communities we serve. This role requires a hands-on professional who can independently manage multiple marketing channels, conduct direct in-person marketing to healthcare providers, and collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Community & Medical Outreach
- Conduct direct, in-person marketing to medical communities in current and planned office locations
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, medical practices, and healthcare facilities
- Represent the organization at medical community events, networking functions, and professional gatherings
- Develop and execute territory-specific marketing strategies to establish presence in target medical communities
- Coordinate practice visits, lunch-and-learns, and relationship-building activities with referring providers
- Track and report on community engagement activities and referral development progress
Digital Marketing & Content Management
- Execute email marketing campaigns, SEO strategies, blog content, and WordPress website updates
- Manage social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business
- Create and schedule one post per week plus federal holiday content
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience engagement across all platforms
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-site and off-site SEO optimization
- Collaborate monthly to gather images and content that maintain consistent brand messaging
Creative Production & Multimedia
- Produce graphics, video content, and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva, and video editing software
- Design display ads, digital media visuals, and direct mail pieces
- Manage lighting, photography, and on-camera interviewing for brand storytelling
- Develop creative assets that amplify brand resonance and drive audience engagement
- Create marking materials and leave-behinds for medical community outreach
Analytics, Reporting & Strategy
- Build research briefs and analytics reports to guide content strategy and positioning
- Monitor website search traffic, social media metrics, and campaign performance
- Review marketing data monthly and recommend pivots based on insights
- Track progress of SEO rankings and backlink development
- Provide regular reporting on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics
- Report on medical community outreach activities and referral source development
Web & Technical Services
- Oversee managed web hosting, SSL certificates, and daily website backups
- Coordinate with technical partners on server management and website maintenance
- Ensure website optimization for search engines and user experience
Event Support & Coordination
- Coordinate schedules, vendors, and on-site logistics for marketing activations and events
- Support planning and execution of promotional activities
- Organize and execute medical community engagement events
Consulting & Collaboration
- Participate in monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly strategy meetings to discuss metrics, brand goals, and initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with team members and external partners
- Support contract coordination and B2B engagement activities

Pay: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
