Overview
The Marketing Coordinator supports the overall marketing strategy, brand consistency, and growth initiatives for all Logos Services, LLC companies. This role is responsible for developing and managing marketing systems, campaigns, and outreach processes. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with leadership to ensure all marketing activities—digital, community, referral outreach, and event-based—are executed smoothly and align with organizational goals
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field preferred
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing / advertising with proven campaign success
- Proficiency in electronic marketing
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, email campaigns, web content).
- Comfortable working in a mental health setting and representing a counseling brand.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with both clinical and non-clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Assist leadership in developing quarterly and annual marketing plans.
- Partner with Marketer to build structured outreach workflows for clinicians participating in marketing efforts.
- Maintain the master marketing calendar (events, campaigns, launches, community outreach).
- Track KPIs such as lead volume, referral partner engagement, campaign performance, and conversion rates.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Plan and manage integrated campaigns across web, email, social media, paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook), YouTube, print, CRM, and signage (QuickESign)
- Leverage tools such as Buffer, Canva, Storyblocks, and Eleven Labs to execute high-quality content consistently
- Maintain oversight of Breva email & SMS campaigns
Digital & Content Marketing
- Coordinate and/or implement content creation for social media, blog posts, email campaigns, and landing pages.
- Manage posting schedules and ensure messaging aligns with Logos Services branding.
- Coordinate with video/creative teams for ads or promotional materials.
- Support Google Ads, SEO, website updates, and landing page optimization (working with vendors or platforms as needed).
Business Development Support
- Support lead generation efforts through campaign targeting and audience segmentation
- Maintain a strong digital presence, including SEO/SEM for all websites
- Collaborate with outpatient and IOP/PHP leadership to identify high-opportunity referral sources and marketing themes
Internal & External Engagement
- Regularly engage with internal stakeholders (therapists, billing staff, franchisees) to capture success stories, address gaps, and surface marketing opportunities
- Partner with Marketer to represent the Logos brand professionally at community events, conferences, and trade shows
Referral & Community Outreach Infrastructure
- Maintain the CRM or system used to track contacts, referral sources, and follow-up activity.
- Provide therapists and marketing staff with materials, brochures, and scripts.
- Partner with Marketer and others to organize networking events, lunch-and-learns, and community partnerships.
Administration
- Gather performance data and create monthly marketing reports.
- Partner with Marketer to manage budgets for advertising, outreach, and marketing materials.
Goals and Expectations
- Partner with leadership and Marketing team to create a strategic marketing plan (12-month roadmap)
- Monthly marketing performance reporting delivered to Executive Team
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts
- Increasing brand awareness and market share
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments
- Developing and managing the marketing department's budget
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
- Managing the marketing department's staff
- Minimum quarterly campaigns per business unit with multi-channel presence
- Demonstrated improvement in brand reach, lead generation, and conversion
* This position is not a remote work position. It does require in-office hours.
Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
