The Marketing Coordinator executes day-to-day marketing production work across social media, email campaigns, content creation, digital advertising support, reporting, and collateral development. This role is responsible for producing accurate and timely deliverables that the Marketing Supervisor reviews and approves. This is an AI-focused role, with an emphasis on leveraging approved AI tools and platforms to enhance efficiency, creativity, and content quality. The Coordinator focuses on execution, implementation, and production to support segment teams and company-wide marketing initiatives.


General Responsibilities

Social Media Execution

  • Create social media content including graphics, captions, and videos.
  • Execute platform posting schedules.
  • Engage with audiences and respond to comments and direct messages.
  • Explore and test new platform initiatives (e.g., TikTok, YouTube).
  • Produce a monthly analytics report for Supervisor review.

Email Marketing & Newsletters

  • Design, build, and send monthly Commercial newsletters.
  • Upload newsletters to Pella’s online portal.
  • Build and send email campaigns for Commercial, Trade/B2B, and Retail reps.
  • Track and report email performance metrics.
  • Manage Data Axel lists and execute direct mail campaigns (using strategy provided by Supervisor).

Content Development

  • Produce content for Commercial, Trade/B2B, and Retail segments as assigned.
  • Create digital ads, print ads, magazine ads, and other marketing pieces.
  • Assist with content development for Hatch, including A/B test variations.
  • Maintain and update Ingage presentations for sales teams.

Collateral & Support for Internal Teams

  • Produce collateral for events, canvassing teams, and recruitment teams.
  • Write content for internal blog posts (how-to articles, product overviews, warranty highlights, etc.).
  • Order printed materials as directed by the Supervisor.
  • Assist with maintaining content on recruitment webpages.

Reporting & Research

  • Compile monthly marketing scorecard metrics for Supervisor review.
  • Research marketing tools/platforms (email systems, social scheduling tools, AI-integrated platforms) and provide recommendations.
  • Track leads generated from marketing campaigns when requested.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Work with segment managers and internal teams to gather information needed for assigned deliverables.
  • Support ongoing marketing projects as assigned by the Supervisor.


REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Reports to Marketing Supervisor.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • College degree or work equivalency
  • Experience with graphic design
  • Previous expereince manage social media and marketing campaigns
