Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will drive the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and engaging target audiences effectively. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive multichannel marketing campaigns for both B2C and B2B that include digital advertising, social media, email/SMS marketing, print advertising, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in strategy and content creations for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Organize and manage influencer outreach programs to expand brand reach.
  • Oversee sponsorships and donations to align with brand values and community engagement.
  • Schedule photo and video shoots.
  • Maintain and organize the asset library for marketing materials and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform campaign strategies.
  • Create compelling copy for websites, blogs, email newsletters, advertisements, and product descriptions that resonate with target audiences.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads, segment audiences, and analyze campaign performance metrics using platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to support advertising sales efforts and develop promotional materials aligned with product management goals.
  • Maintain website content ensuring SEO best practices are applied for improved search engine visibility.
  • Design visual assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for digital ads, social media posts, and print materials.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and performance metrics to optimize ROI through performance marketing techniques such as Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by implementing SEO strategies to enhance product visibility online and improve user experience.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and pivot quickly.
  • Reliable, dependable and punctual.
  • Team-oriented; demonstrating humility, hunger, and people smarts.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for events and trade shows.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices to boost organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Experience in social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Experience with multichannel marketing campaigns that integrate digital advertising, email marketing, print ads, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in advertising sales support with an understanding of performance marketing metrics.
  • Skilled in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for designing engaging visual content.
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools including email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent research skills to gather market insights that inform campaign development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting abilities for creating persuasive content tailored to various audiences.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies aimed at business clients or partners.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively while tracking campaign performance metrics.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and sponsorship coordination.
  • Passion for the outdoors and the industries in which DSG Outerwear represents is a plus.

Other Information

  • Normal business hours are M-F 8 AM to 4:30 PM, 30 minute lunch break
