The Marketing & Design Executive is responsible for developing and executing creative marketing materials, supporting brand initiatives, and ensuring consistent visual identity across all platforms. This role involves designing digital and print assets, managing social media content, coordinating marketing campaigns, and supporting overall brand communication efforts.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Campaign Management
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support brand promotions, events, and partnerships.
- Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and campaign performance summaries.
- Support email marketing and CRM activities by creating templates and visual layouts.
Graphic Design & Creative Production
- Create high-quality visual designs including brochures, flyers, posters, social media posts, web banners, and digital ads.
- Develop creative concepts in line with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Manage and update the company’s visual asset library.
- Coordinate with printers, suppliers, and external agencies for production of materials.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Design and schedule social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Support website content updates with relevant visuals and design improvements.
- Assist in photography and videography needs, including basic editing.
- Track and monitor social media engagement and suggest improvements.
Branding & Visual Identity
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to the brand guidelines and maintain a consistent identity.
- Support internal departments with branding needs (presentations, templates, internal communications).
- Assist in the development of new branding concepts and creative strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing and design (hospitality experience is an advantage).
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, etc.).
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual design skills.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
