Magnets USA, LifeLong Gifts, and Savvy Promos are part of a growing family of brands focused on helping businesses build stronger relationships with their clients. We create products and experiences that make it easier for professionals to stay connected in personal and memorable ways. We are looking for a Marketing Designer who can bring ideas to life across web, email, print, and digital campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, thinking creatively, and working in a fast-paced environment with multiple brands under one umbrella. You will design for print and digital, build landing pages, create assets for web and ecommerce, and support campaigns that reach millions of contacts each year. Web experience is preferred because our future includes better online tools, new platforms, and a stronger digital customer journey.

What You Will Do

• Create digital assets for web, email, landing pages, ads, and social media that align with each brand’s identity
• Help build and refine web pages on our SuiteCommerce Advanced platform while partnering with our marketing and development teams
• Design print ready assets for direct mail, catalogs, product guides, inserts, and personalized gifts
• Support Savvy Promos with branded promotional product design, apparel layouts, and marketing assets that elevate the customer experience
• Contribute to new product launches with packaging concepts, photography direction, and brand templates
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to produce campaigns that help real estate, education, corporate, and nonprofit customers build better relationships
• Work in a positive and focused environment where communication, accountability, and excellence matter

What You Bring

• A strong portfolio with a mix of digital and print work
• Experience with web-based design including page layout, responsive design principles, and CMS platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and a solid understanding of typography and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work quickly, stay organized, and manage multiple projects
• Curiosity, creativity, and a desire to contribute to a growing company
• Experience with SuiteCommerce Advanced or ecommerce platforms is preferred
• Skills in photography, video, or motion graphics are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
