- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agri dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Promote company products (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, agri tools, etc.) to increase dealer sales.
- Identify new dealers, onboard them, and expand market coverage in assigned regions.
- Ensure dealers have adequate stock levels and monitor product movement regularly.
- Conduct product demonstrations, campaigns, and dealer meetings to boost product visibility.
- Provide dealers with product knowledge, pricing updates, schemes, and seasonal offers.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and dealer requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
- Collect field insights, sales data, and dealer feedback to support business planning.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support dealers to meet their business goals.
- Resolve dealer issues quickly and maintain strong service and communication standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on dealer performance.
