We’re looking for a smart, motivated recent graduate who’s ready to jump into the world of marketing with a supportive team that will help you build real experience. No professional experience required—a bachelor’s degree is a must. A portfolio or class projects are a huge plus.
This entry-level role will let you try a bit of everything—social media, content creation, digital marketing, branding, analytics, and hands-on support with sales and operations. You’ll get to learn, experiment, grow your skills, and have a visible impact on a company that’s continuing to expand its digital footprint.
What You’ll Get to Do
Marketing Strategy & Branding
- Support the creation of marketing plans that help strengthen our brand and grow customer engagement
- Help shape our look, voice, and presence across digital and print platforms
- Conduct with market research and competitive insights (great way to build your strategic skills!)
Digital Media & Online Presence
- Update and enhance our company website
- Lead SEO/SEM best practices to increase visibility and traffic
- Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and more
- Develop digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, paid social, retargeting, etc.)
Content Creation & Communications
- Write and design marketing emails, flyers, product sheets, and presentations
- Produce photos, videos, graphics, and other creative content
- Collaborate with vendors and team members to bring ideas to life
Sales & Team Support
- Work with our sales team to create campaigns, promotions, and customer-facing materials
- Assist in organizing trade shows, events, customer visits, and product demos
- Help create polished proposals and sales collateral
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and measure marketing performance using analytics tools
- Review website and social media analytics to help improve results
- Contribute monthly insights to leadership (great résumé-builder!)
Travel Opportunities

What You Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with social media and digital tools (class projects, internships, or personal experience all count!)
- Design or editing skills are a huge plus
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Interest in B2B marketing or products like packaging, paper, foodservice, or industrial supplies is a bonus—but not required
This is a hybrid role, and you’ll regularly collaborate with the team at our Newport News office.
