Job Summary:
As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for Savoy Sharm Group. You will work closely with the senior management team to drive brand awareness, increase revenue, and strengthen our market position. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within budget.
- Oversee the marketing team and provide guidance, coaching, and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and provide reports to the senior management team.
- Stay updated with industry developments and recommend new marketing strategies and tactics to keep the company ahead of the competition.
- Manage the company's online presence and develop digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions.
- Plan and execute events, promotional activities, and other marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Ensure all marketing materials are in line with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand image across all channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of market research, data analysis, and digital marketing techniques.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
