Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the overall marketing strategy and annual budget in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage brand performance across multiple categories, working closely with OEM partners to ensure consistency with company and principal standards.
- Drive strategies that increase sales and strengthen market share for each brand.
- Lead cross-functional campaigns, sponsorships and high profile events to enhance visibility and brand equity.
- Operate as the key liaison with principals, agencies and government entities to ensure effective partnerships and impactful initiatives.
- Guide, develop and motivate the marketing team to achieve results and build future leadership capability.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of success in the region
- Strong background in the automotive sector either with a dealer group or OEM
- Ability to develop and execute sales-driven marketing strategies across multiple brands
- Proven experience managing relationships and working closely with OEM partners
- Ideally an Arabic speaker with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and develop teams
- Commercially minded with a focus on driving measurable business impact
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
- Skilled in managing high-profile campaigns, events and sponsorships
- Agile, resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced multi-brand environment
