<Job Summary>

<Responsibilities>

- Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, Google Analytics analysis, and marketing automation tools to optimize performance.
- Manage advertising sales initiatives, including Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords campaigns, and print advertising efforts to expand reach and increase ROI.
- Coordinate product management activities related to marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and market positioning.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee budgeting processes for all marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maximizing impact.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and creative departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding consistency.
- Maintain proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress for content creation and website management; possess basic knowledge of HTML for troubleshooting purposes.
<Qualifications>
- Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, B2B marketing, and e-commerce environments with a track record of successful campaign execution.
- Strong expertise in SEO strategies, social media marketing platforms (including Facebook Advertising), Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress CMS platform, HTML basics, and print advertising techniques.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while delivering measurable results within set KPIs.
- Strong research skills to analyze market data and consumer insights that inform strategic planning.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with experience managing multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
