  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the MEA marketing strategy in alignment with global brand direction, market priorities, and business growth targets.
  • Brand Management: Safeguard Lindt's premium positioning, ensuring all touchpoints deliver consistent brand excellence.
  • Innovation & Portfolio: Lead product launches, seasonal campaigns, and portfolio strategy, tailoring initiatives to local market needs.
  • Integrated Campaigns: Oversee impactful 360 campaigns, from trade marketing and retail activations to digital and e-commerce strategies.
  • Market Insights: Use consumer, shopper, and category insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing investments.
  • Team Leadership: Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing regional marketing team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, retail, supply chain, and distributor teams to deliver flawless execution.

  • Must have 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience with large multinational FMCG's
  • Proven track record in brand building, innovation, and go-to-market strategy in emerging and developed markets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of MEA market dynamics.
