JOB DESCRIPTION :

Post Sales CRM & MIS Executive responsible for customer coordination, managing CRM entries, preparing MIS reports, and handling order processing through Business Central/Microsoft Navision. Role includes tender documentation, tracking submissions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely updates on orders, dispatch, and service requests. Strong communication, advanced Excel skills, and ERP knowledge required.
