The Marketing & Events Coordinator looks after marketing activities for real estate development projects during mid to late lifecycle stages. This role coordinates directly with project sales teams, oversees sales center events, supports the social media team with project-related event content, and maintains department reporting. The ideal candidate balances project marketing oversight with event execution and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Project Marketing & Sales Team Coordination (Mid to Late Lifecycle):
- Coordinate with the sales teams for marketing activities for projects in mid to late stages post-launch; which includes but is not limited to project timelines, deliverables, and marketing needs.
- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for sales-centric marketing materials for these projects.
- Track project milestones and ensure marketing materials stay current.
- Support sales team with project collateral, presentations, and updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project marketing objectives.
- Plan and execute project-related sales center events including broker events, presentations, and tours.
- Manage event logistics: vendors, catering, A/V, guest lists, and RSVPs.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align events with project marketing goals.
- Manage event budgets and track results.
Project Content & Marketing Materials:
- Coordinate with the social media and content teams for projects and sales center events including photography, video, social media, and recaps.
- Coordinate with photographers and videographers for project and event coverage.
- Maintain a content calendar for project marketing and events.
- Support social media with project milestones and event content.
Marketing Reporting:
- Create regular reports on project event metrics.
- Track marketing activities across multiple mid-to-late lifecycle projects.
- Compile project status updates for line manager.
- Present insights and recommendations on project marketing effectiveness.

- Project Delivery: On-time delivery of marketing materials and milestones for assigned projects.
- Event Performance: Arrangements, end-to-end correspondence, event execution.
- Coordination Effectiveness: Quality of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment across projects.

- Budget Management: Adherence to event budgets and marketing spend efficiency.

- Demonstrated ability to work with developers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners.
- Strong track record of event planning and execution.
Preferred:
- Background in real estate project marketing or property development.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
