Job Purpose:

To support the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring campaigns, activations, and brand initiatives. The Marketing Executive will play a key role in coordinating with agencies, managing content calendars, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing plans across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Execution & Coordination

• Assist in planning and executing ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.

• Coordinate with creative, media, and activation agencies for timely deliverables.

• Manage internal approvals and ensure campaign assets meet brand guidelines.

2. Digital & Social Media Support

• Coordinate with digital teams for content posting, performance tracking, and engagement reports.

• Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and event coverage.

• Monitor online trends and suggest content ideas to enhance digital presence.

3. Brand & Event Management

• Support in organizing brand activations, exhibitions, and dealer events.

• Ensure brand visibility and presence at key industry and retail events.

• Handle event logistics, material management, and vendor coordination.

4. Research & Reporting

• Track competitor campaigns, product launches, and communication trends.

• Prepare campaign performance reports and budget tracking sheets.

• Assist in consumer insight collection and analysis.

5. Creative Support

• Coordinate for content, photoshoots, and video productions.

• Draft basic marketing briefs for agencies.

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Education:

• Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Media Sciences from LSE, LUMs or equivalent institution.
