Job Description
We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Executive with strong digital marketing expertise, excellent social media presence, and the ability to support sales through effective lead generation. The ideal candidate should be creative, tech-savvy, and capable of managing marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all platforms
- Manage company social media accounts and ensure a strong online presence
- Create engaging content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
- Run paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) to generate quality leads
- Implement SEO, SEM, and website optimization techniques
- Use AI tools for content creation, analytics, and marketing automation
- Conduct lead generation activities to support the sales team
- Build marketing funnels and track campaign performance
- Collaborate with the sales team to increase conversions and meet targets
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies
- Knowledge of AI tools, SEO, website management, and online advertising
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver results
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
Compensation & Benefits
