- Assist in developing annual and monthly marketing plans.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Propose new marketing ideas to support product promotion and business expansion.
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging content (posts, videos, infographics) in coordination with the design team.
- Monitor digital campaigns and optimise for better reach and engagement.
- Handle website updates, SEO enhancements, and online brand presence.
- Maintain consistent brand communication across all marketing channels.
- Assist in developing brochures, catalogues, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with external agencies for creatives, advertising, and printing.
- Generate quality leads through campaigns, events, and digital activities.
- Support the sales team with product information, marketing collaterals, and follow-up activities.
- Track conversion rates and share insights for improvement.
- Organise and coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, dealer meets, product demos, and customer events.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including email marketing, SMS campaigns, and paid ads.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Track marketing expenses to ensure budget compliance.
