Job Summary and Key Objectives
We are looking for a
dynamic and driven Marketing Associate
to support Camfil India’s marketing and communications function, with a significant focus on
stakeholder engagement, content development, events, and cross-functional collaboration
.
The role requires someone who can work with internal teams, industry bodies, media networks, and external partners to enhance Camfil’s brand visibility, support strategic initiatives, and ensure consistent communication across platforms. This role is based in India but will work closely with regional and global teams for brand alignment and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Development & Communication

Develop high-quality written and visual content for digital platforms, business communication, and internal branding.

Support in drafting press releases, announcements, newsletters, and stakeholder communication.

Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media

Manage and monitor Camfil India’s presence across social platforms (LinkedIn, website updates, internal digital channels).

Coordinate with agencies for campaign execution, performance reporting, and content scheduling.

Track engagement metrics and optimize activities to support marketing targets.
3. Event, Campaign & Product Launch Support

Assist in planning and executing corporate events, exhibitions, webinars, and product launch promotions.

Handle logistics coordination, vendor management, and execution timelines.

Support post-event communication, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
4. Industry & Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain positive relationships with industry associations, event organizers, publications, and media partners.

Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and thought-leadership visibility.

Support in developing case studies, customer stories, and project highlights by coordinating with internal teams.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with HR for employer branding initiatives.

Work with the Sales team for region-specific communication tools and marketing support.

Collaborate with Project teams for documentation, storytelling, and customer success content.

Coordinate with global/regional marketing teams to align strategies, assets, and guidelines.
6. Market Research & Analytics

Conduct basic industry and competitor research to support marketing planning.

Track performance metrics for digital campaigns and events; prepare reports and insights.

Provide input for strategic planning, market positioning, and content direction.
Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields (preferred).

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, corporate communication, or MarCom roles.

Experience in agency coordination and managing external partners.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics dashboards.

Good understanding of brand communication, B2B marketing, and corporate messaging.

Strong communication skills, stakeholder management ability, and attention to detail.

Proactive mindset, creative approach, and ability to work in fast-paced environments..
