We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our aggregator platforms, performance marketing efforts, social media presence, content creation & public relations, This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across social media channels in collaboration with the agency.
  • Keep a track of the marketing plan for the month and the execution of the social media plan in accordance with the same
  • Be present for any brand events as and when required.
  • Content Creation:
  • Produce creative, high-quality, relevant content for monthly marketing campaigns including direct marketing campaigns, websites, PR & design collaterals.
  • Work collaboratively with the design team to create visually appealing content.
  • Help create any content required for social media if required.
  • Work with photographers & videographers to produce quality content for the brand.
  • Public Relations Management:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, and coordinate media coverage for events and product launches.
  • Draft and share content for any advertorials, digital titles and coordinate with them.
  • Work with the agency & the internal team in order to align influencers.
  • Aggregator Coordination:
  • Manage relationships with aggregator platforms and ensure all communication and details are up to date.
  • Manage the Brand Image and aesthetics on the aggregator platforms
  • Performance Marketing:
  • Coordinate with the social media team to align campaigns basis the marketing plan.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ad spend and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in content creation, social media, performance marketing and PR.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and analytics software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Meta, etc. Google Analytics etc).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
