1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement annual and monthly marketing plans for the property.
- Support brand initiatives and ensure alignment with Royal Orchid Hotels’ guidelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage all digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media, and Google Ads in coordination with the corporate team.
- Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Work with influencers, bloggers, and digital partners for online promotions.
- Track campaign performance and generate monthly reports.
3. Branding & Communication
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral and guest-facing communication.
- Coordinate the creation of brochures, flyers, menus, videos, and promotional materials.
- Support PR activities, media relations, press releases, and brand visibility initiatives.
4. Sales Support
- Work closely with the Sales team to create promotional offers, packages, and event marketing campaigns.
- Assist in lead generation for MICE, weddings, social events, and corporate tie-ups.
- Support OTA content optimization and reputation management.
5. Events & Promotions
- Plan and execute hotel events, festivals, seasonal promotions, F&B activations, and property showcases.
- Build partnerships with local tourism boards, DMCs, corporates, and event agencies.
- Manage on-ground branding, photography, and event documentation.
6. Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct periodic competitor analysis and local market studies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports for the management.
- Track ROI on marketing spends.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
