Marketing Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and result-oriented Marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies across multiple digital and offline platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and measurable business growth.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Plan and manage social media content, engagement, and growth across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Create engaging marketing materials, including posts, ads, email content, landing pages, and promotional assets.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for improved ROI.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as design, sales, and product for campaign execution.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
• Manage performance marketing activities including SEO, SEM, paid ads, and tracking analytics.
• Handle brand communication, PR activities, and event marketing when required.

Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing (digital marketing experience preferred)
Strong understanding of digital channels such as SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Email Marketing
Excellent communication, content writing, and storytelling abilities
Ability to work creatively, strategically, and collaborativelyPreferred Skills (Bonus)

• Experience with influencer marketing
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Experience in video creation or reel editing

Pay: ₹9,318.44 - ₹33,438.34 per month
