About the Opportunity:
Tokio Marine Management Australasia is expanding its Marketing Team and is looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to help drive our success across Australia and New Zealand. This is a dynamic, generalist role where you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver and optimise multichannel campaigns-across digital, social media, events, and content-to build brand awareness, generate leads, and support customer growth for multiple brands and products.
You'll be hands on with social media management, event coordination, sponsorships, collateral development, and asset creation. There's a strong focus on collaboration, as you'll engage with both internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high quality marketing initiatives and ensure measurable outcomes. This is a 12 month maximum term contract
Key responsibilities will include:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns across digital, social media, promotional material, events, and sponsorships to build brand awareness
- Support multiple brands and products, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity.
- Manage and maintain marketing collateral of brochures, presentations, merchandise and digital assets.
- Create and schedule social media content, monitor performance
- Coordinate events, sponsorships, and other marketing initiatives, including logistics, vendor liaison, and post event reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to produce marketing campaigns aligned with strategic objectives.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
- Support email marketing and remediation campaigns and other lead generation initiatives.
- Monitor, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness to inform future activity.
- Assist with supplier management and administrative support.
As our preferred candidate, you will have:
- 5 years' experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Have proven experience delivering multichannel campaigns, including social media, email, web, and events.
- Strong experience creating, editing, and managing written and visual content.
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools to monitor, optimise marketing activities, coordinating marketing projects, including events, sponsorships, and campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as CMS, CRM, and social media management systems.
- Be a creative thinker able to generate ideas and translate them into effective initiatives.
- Hold excellent written and verbal communication skills for different audiences and channels.
- Hold strong analytical and problem solving skills, applying data insights to improve performance.
- Be proficient in design and content creation tools, particularly Canva, with an eye for brand consistency.
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) for professional presentations and reports.
