Job Title: Marketing Executive
Department: Marketing & Sales
Reports To: Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for executing marketing campaigns with a strong focus on physical, on-ground marketing while leveraging online platforms to enhance brand awareness and drive sales. This role involves direct engagement with potential customers, organizing promotional events, coordinating with vendors, and conducting market research. Additionally, the executive will support digital marketing efforts to ensure a well-rounded marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Physical Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Conduct field visits to engage potential customers, distribute promotional materials, and generate leads.
  • Plan and execute outdoor marketing campaigns, including banners, flyers, and promotional booths.
  • Organize and manage on-ground events, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community groups to increase brand reach.
  • Conduct face-to-face surveys and gather customer feedback to improve marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive in-store promotions and increase foot traffic.

2. Digital Marketing & Online Promotion

  • Manage social media accounts, create engaging posts, and interact with online audiences.
  • Run targeted online ads to complement physical marketing efforts.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and maintain customer databases.
  • Optimize website content for SEO to enhance brand visibility online.
  • Track and report digital marketing performance using analytics tools.

3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
  • Analyze competitor activities in both physical and online spaces.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies.

4. Reporting & Performance Analysis:

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of physical and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide reports on customer engagement, event success, and lead conversion.
  • Suggest improvements based on campaign performance data.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in physical marketing, field sales, or event marketing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel for field marketing activities.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and SEO.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools like Canva or Google Ads.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license (if required for field visits).

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in Landscaping & Horticulture.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and customer behavior.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking.

Work Environment:

  • 80% on-site, requiring field visits, event management, and customer interactions.
  • 20% online work, focusing on social media management and digital campaigns.
  • May require working flexible hours, including weekends, for events and promotions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
