Job Description:
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our B2B field marketing efforts. You will work closely with the sales team to generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive business growth within a specific geographic territory. This is a hands-on role that involves a mix of planning, execution, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of B2B events, trade shows, seminars, and workshops.
- Lead Generation: Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, case studies, presentations) to generate qualified leads.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target companies, key decision-makers, and industry trends.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools and resources to effectively engage with prospects.
- Digital Marketing Support: Assist in managing local digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing activities, providing regular reports to the management team.
- Vendor Management: Assist in coordinating with external vendors and partners for event logistics and marketing collateral.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
