Job Title: Marketing Executive / Marketing OfficerVacancies: 3 PositionsExperience: 2–5 Years (Marketing / Sales / Branding)Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting company services, generating leads, managing branding activities, coordinating with clients, and supporting sales and business growth. The role requires strong communication, field activity capability, and result-oriented thinking.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify potential customers through field visits, calls, and online platforms.
  • Generate quality leads and convert them into customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

2. Marketing & Promotional Activities

  • Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding activities.
  • Organize events, seminars, and on-ground marketing.
  • Coordinate with vendors for printing materials, banners, and promotional content.

3. Digital & Social Media Support

  • Assist in managing social media promotions and digital marketing activities.
  • Support content creation for ads, posts, and company branding (optional if skilled).
  • Track campaign performance and report results.

4. Sales Coordination

  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Share regular updates with management on leads, conversions, and market feedback.
  • Participate in sales meetings and strategy discussions.

5. Market Research

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Provide insights for new marketing strategies and business opportunities.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily/weekly activity reports.
  • Submit client visit reports and business development updates.
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up logs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate (BBA / B.Com / BA / MBA in Marketing preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in Marketing / Sales / Business Development
  • Experience in field marketing or corporate marketing is a plus
  • Valid two-wheeler license (if field visits required)

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation and convincing ability
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Result-oriented and target-driven attitude
  • Ability to handle fieldwork and travel (if required)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
