We are looking for a skilled Marketing Executive (Performance Marketer) to manage and scale digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid marketing, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
• Monitor key metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion rate to improve overall campaign performance.
• Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Drive traffic, lead generation, and sales through well-structured paid campaigns.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Experience in the Jewellery / Retail / Fashion industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and analytics tools.
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and optimize campaigns.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
